APRIL

18 - Opening Weekend. Come out for Hibernation, clean up your campsites and see old friends. Take advantage of our APRIL CAMPING SPECIAL, any site $20/night, with a two night minimum stay.

25 - Welcome Back Weekend. Chili Potluck Saturday at 6:00 pm. Bring a salad or dessert to share, your bowls and spoons, we will provide the chili, crackers, and coffee.

MAY

2 - Scouts Weekend. Scout Leaders bring your scout troops out for camping. SPECIAL rates with special projects for your scouts to earn those merit badges. Pizza and ice cream for those hard workers.

9 - Mother's Day Weekend. Special activities for mom and kids. Fun and special deals for the ladies who attend our demonstration. Special crafts and make-up bingo. FREE coffee and donuts served. Thanks to MOM!

pirate 16 - Special Treasure Weekend. Special treasure hunts for everyone young and old. Special bingo, crafts, and much more. Attend our Pot Luck dinner, bring a dish to pass and your dinnerware, we will supply drinks.

23 - Memorial Day Weekend. Lots of fun for everyone!! Games, contests, kids coloring contest, candy bar bingo, Flea Markets and Crafts sale under our NEW PAVILION. Horseshoe and shuffleboard tournaments. Small entry fee and cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Campground will add $50.00 to each event. Live music Saturday & Sunday.

30 - Scavenger Hunt Weekend. Kid, Teens, and Adult Scavenger hunt with prizes awarded. Come out for our penny dig, find those special pennies worth $3.00, $5.00, and $10.00. Attend our candy bar bingo and ice cream social.

JUNE

swimmers 6 - Teen Weekend. SCHOOLS OUT!! Come and celebrate. Teen contests in the game room, mini golf, shuffleboard, and volleyball game with prizes awarded. Come to our TEEN SOCK HOP. Bring your own favorite music and have some pizza provided by the Campground.

13 - Father's Day Weekend. Dads vs. kids in a shuffleboard, horseshoe, and mini golf contest. Prizes awarded. Special crafts for dad and children.

20 - Hawaiian Luau Weekend. Pull out your grass skirts and Hawaiian shirts and join us for a luau. We will supply the meat and drinks while you bring your favorite dish or dessert to pass. Evening live music.

27 - Crafters Weekend. Craft show under the new pavilion. Special Crafts will attend and display their crafts. Bring your own crafts for all to see and buy. Ceramic and crafts classes for all ages.

JULY

4 - Fourth of July Weekend. Bring out the Red, White, & Blue. Patriotic campsite decorating contest, horseshoe tournament, peanut hunt, wet hayride, water balloon contest. Kids coloring contest, shirt painting, euchre & horseshoe tournament, and much more. Live music this great weekend. PLEASE, no fireworks in campground.

pool kid 11 - Water Weekend. Be prepared to GET WET. Lots of water activities. Greased watermelon contest, water balloon relays, wet hayride, wet sponge tag, and much more. Bring your squirt guns. Adult only evening swim.

18 - Mid Summer Birthday Weekend. Birthday cake and ice cream for all. Come meet your neighbors and celebrate past birthdays. Donate a cake or a dessert for sale at the party with all proceeds being donated to charity. Bring a $10 gift for a gift exchange.

25 - Christmas in July. Visit with Santa (parents bring a gift for Santa to deliver to your child or others). Campsite and golf cart decorating contest, with prizes for the best seasonal and weekender campsite and golf cart. Come on a hayride with Santa and have lots of fun. Join Santa at the Pot Luck Supper and some music.

AUGUST

hobo 1 - Hobo Weekend. Hillbilly outfit judging contest with prizes awarded. Let everyone see the hillbilly in you. Come join us for a hobo dinner under our pavilion and bring a dessert and your dinnerware. Hillbilly horseshoe tournament with prizes awarded.

8 - NASCAR Weekend. Races galore! Sack races, bike races, balloon races, and golf cart derby with prizes awarded. Fly your favorite NASCAR Flags and wear your shirt for your favorite NASCAR Driver. Come look at all of the classic cars by the pavilion.

15 - Chocolate and Ice Cream Social Weekend. It's a chocolate celebration. Bring to our ice cream social your favorite chocolate dessert for the best of three chocolate dessert judging contest with prizes awarded. Candy bar bingo & candy bar hayride.

22 - Back to School Soon Weekend. Special fun for the kids with school supply bingo and scavenger hunt and more. Come and win some school supplies!!!

29 - Labor Day, Jail, & Bail Weekend. Have fun putting your family and others in our jail until someone pays their bail. All bail monies go into the activities fund. There will be a coloring & craft contest, cupcake bingo, horseshoe, shuffleboard, and cornhole tournament with prizes awarded. Two nights of music this weekend.

SEPTEMBER

truck 5 - Truckers Weekend. Hey truck owners, bring out your favorite truck and show it off at our truck show. Trucks will be judged and prizes awarded. Join us for games and a hamburger cookout. Bring a side dish or dessert and we will supply the rest.

12 - Grandparents Weekend. Grandparents and kids, come on out to Pleasant View and enjoy a special mini golf and shuffleboard tournament and other activities. Prizes will be awarded. A special hayride, ice cream social, and candy bar bingo.

19 - Late Season Birthday Weekend. For all of the birthdays we have missed or are coming up, birthday cake and ice cream for all. Come meet your neighbors and celebrate past birthdays. Donate a cake or a dessert to sell at the party with all proceeds being donated to charity. Bring a $10 gift for a gift exchange.

26 - Thank You Weekend. Let's all get together and have a nice special dinner together and share the special things we have experienced this last season. Bring a side dish, dessert, and dinnerware, we will supply the rest. PLEASE RSVP at the office on or before September 5th, so we will know how much food to make.

OCTOBER

3 - Halloween Weekend. Trick or Treat for the kids. Pumpkin carving and decorating contest and costume judging contest with prizes awarded. Great Halloween craft classes. Campsite decorating contest with prizes awarded. Take a hayride through our haunted forest. Dance to our live entertainment. Happy haunting!!

10 - Farewell Weekend. This will be the last weekend that the campground will be open for seasonal camping. The Seasonal Camping Season will be over October 15th. Please have all of your winterization of your campers completed by October 15th. Thanks for a great season and see ya in the spring!!!
